The WMPA held its annual show on November 8th at Drenthe Community Grove in West Michigan. It was a smaller show due to our date change (second Saturday in November instead of the traditional first Saturday) but it was still very well attended and one of our best shows yet! We had 155 entries, 21 exhibitors, 6 of which were Juniors. There were 32 different breeds represented at our show. Komorner Tumblers were our largest breed class (unseating the usual Racing Homers) with 30 open show exhibitors and 6 junior exhibitors! We are hoping to make West Michigan a hotbed for Komorner Tumblers in the future (could this be our club breed?). We had a separate Junior judging event, which went very well, and I hope to continue this in the future. Noah Shields was our Open Show judge and Scott Amo along with Luke Smith were our junior judges.
